Until very recently I was one of those people who could eat whatever I wanted and not gain an ounce. while that sounds great it actually had quite a negative impact on my health. It meant I could eat complete garbage without noticeable side effects. It allowed me to abuse my body for a long time.
I've come to the point where now I am starting to put on a bit of weight but more importantly I'm starting to feel really terrible. I'm tired, run down, I don't sleep well and I catch every cold and flu going around. My body is finally saying "enough is enough". I feel like drastic measures need to be taken...so I'm taking them :)
