Becoming a Vegetarian

I am starting my juice fast this week. I plan on continuing for 30 days. I don't want to gain it all back. I have never been a vegetarian but I am thinking changing my eating habits. Any good advice on books or websites to better help me do vegetarian right when I am done with my fast. I work out a lot, so I need a good healthy diet that will help me with my workouts.

Check out forks over knives. A great movie about healthy plant based diets. It is the reason I am going to transition to a plant based diet after the reboot.

There is a really good documentary on becoming a vegan on netflix its called vegucated. I know you said vegetarian but its good to see even if you are thinking about becoming an vegetarian. Im also thinking about making my diet in to a vegetarian or vegan diet after my reboot.

Anyway the documentary is about a vegan girl in NY looking for 3 people who wants to make a diet change and try the vegan lifestyle. Its very educational and good. Good luck!

I'm a huge fan of Forks over Knives. If you search for that on amazon, a book by the same name comes up. There are some recipes in there and I think there is a new cookbook as well. I highly recommend you get into slow cookers. If you search "Vegetarian slow cooker" on amazon you will find some really good ones. Or remind me and I'll remember to recommend a list here. I'm at work now, so can't do just now.
