I'm curious if anyone has encountered the same as myself...as a diabetic, my doctor wants me to blend rather than juice. Same premise, same recipes, but as a smoothie so I can have the bulk of the fiber. She said that possibly after a full 30 day smoothie reboot, I could juice because she thinks I'll be able to come off my insulin altogether at that point! Any yays or nays in either direction about this?
