After completing a 5 day reboot and then taking 2 juices a day with a healthy meal at night, I seem to have developed cystitis. I haven't been bothered with cystitis for about 12yrs and it seems too co-incidental with the start of juicing and increasing my citrus intake for me to now have it again. I have no fever so know it is not an infection, just irritation. I would like to carry on juicing, as I felt great otherwise, but not if it continues to irritate my bladder. Is there any way I can avoid this?
