I am on day ten of a 30-day reboot. This included a five day transition period of a modified diet preparing me for my juice fast. In 10 days, I have lost 17 pounds and have normalized my blood sugars. I am a diabetic and yet have not taken insulin in a week. My numbers are great. My endocrinologist is amazed and said to keep up whatever i am doing!
