Amazing Occurrence in the Supermarket

Real Change

Posted by DeltaTango on 4 years ago

Yesterday, my wife and I went shopping for our little one.

We both have been doing our reboot and today is our 18th day. In that time, I have lost 22 pounds and have undergone a complete transformation of my overall health and well-being.

What surprised me is when we walked down the aisle of meats, cheeses, frozen foods, etc. Where I normally would have craved or bought these foods, something very new happened; I could feel the BAD ENERGY of the food. It was like the food was "dead food". And I started to get nauseous. When I went near fruits and vegetables, I felt happy and craved those. Again, I walked in the milk, dairy and meats and I felt repulsed.

This is a miracle; my body now knows what is good for it. For me that is such an amazing change. I had no cravings for ice cream, breads, dairy, candy, etc. I felt free of the trap of poisonous and toxic foods that all boil down to one thing: sugar.

Awesome to feel that way. And if you should someday stray back into dead food, you know the route back to that healthy live food feeling. Congrats on turning that corner, on the dual weight loss, and on the two of you being on Day18.

It's amazing when that happens and well done for doing so brilliantly! Food really does have energy that we can sense...I experience the same thing when I followed a Macrobiotic diet (vegan wholefoods). My energy is a lot clearer on this diet, regular food seems so heavy too, I can look at food and feel the effect it will have on me if I eat it.

Same thing happened to me. The taste buds are all different now. I want only real nutrition now - not fake processed garbage.
