All juiced up and ready to go

Reboot Newbies

Hi fellow juicers,

This is day one for me, I would like to think I could do 60 days of juicing but for the moment I am doing 10 days at a time.

I have made Red, Purple, Green and Orange juices and they all taste great so that's a good start.

It is very encouraging seeing all the successful stories on here and also that people have had their ups and downs but they just got right back up and kept going.

I am looking forward to joining in on here as much as possible. All the best to everyone on their juicing journey.

Hi Lainey! It is day one for me too! I am also looking to do this for 10 days, the 21st being the last day and enjoy the holidays feeling great, then back to it in January. I really really love food and I am realizing how much I actually think about it! I have two little ones at home, ages 1 and 4, so I think making them their meals will be the toughest. Keep me posted how you are doing!

Hi Lainey...I'm looking to get back on the wagon. I was juicing 5 days a week with a light dinner than off on the weekends but still eating healthy. I was feeling great but then things got a little expensive and I fell off...starting next week I'm going to start with 3 days a week and eating sensibly the rest of the time. I'm looking for a way I can do this for the rest of my life instead of just weight lose. I have lost 20 lbs so far and have another 20 to go.

    Hi everyone,

Well I made it through day 1 without much effort, I did have a couple of headaches throughout the day but nothing to dramatic. I have all my juices prepared for the day so that is a good start. I wasn't going to weigh myself for a week but couldn't help it, I had to have a peek this morning. Much to my delight I have lost 1.5 kg (3.3lb) in 1 day, I know people will say its water weight but who cares, it's still weight. It all adds to the motivation to press on.
