The first thing I did after my 30-day Juice Reboot ended was to make myself a cup of delicious coffee, with freshly-ground beans. I used to drink maybe 5 or 6 large cups of strong, black coffee each day. But since my Reboot ended 10 days ago I've found that just two cups a day is enough. I don't drink alcohol, I stay away from chocolate and icecream - so coffee is my only vice! It was the one thing I found I really missed on the Reboot.

I'm dreading giving up coffee. Considering carrying around a few roasted beans to sniff deeply when overwhelmed. :-)

TI am really looking forward to my coffee. I too was drinking that amount of black coffee so hopefully will be cutting down like you. Well done on your 30 day juice!

yes, i two drank coffee, most of the day freshly ground and run through my french press, to get optimal flavor. i look forward to my next cup, but also expect that it might now only be one or two cups, instead of pots of day.
