    I buy all my produce at the farmers market across the street, i also budget for one less major consumer at the supper table.

    Find place where you can cut money. Like the trips to restaurants...that saves a ton in itself. Cut out cable. Your family should understand and kids need to be outside this time of the year. Maybe a second job or watch some neighbor kids for extra money. You do not have to do it all organically. I would for sure do Kale and Cucumbers organically. Apples and lemons are ok if they are not organic. It is expensive but well worth it
