I am taking a week off of work this month and figured that would be a perfect time to get a jump start on all this. In the next two weeks I am going to ditch caffeine, meat, diary, breads and other processed foods and try to eat as plant based as i can going into the weekend of 11/12. At which point I will have 9 straight days off of work. I am planning to juice fast starting on the 12th, 13th or 14th. That week I am also planning on a massage, pedicure, daily yoga and meditation and detox baths (epsom salt and essential oils). Any other things I can or should do this week to really take advantage of having a week to myself for this?
My plan is to make one Giant juice every day and drink just that for about 24 hours at a time, (plus water, coconut water and kombucha) making a new batch each morning.
Last time I only did about 4 days and felt great except by day four I started getting nauseated and dizzy and didn't feel like I could drive to work the next morning so I started adding back solid foods.
I really want to maximize my week off and do everything I can to get into the fully raw/vegan/juicing, I am also planning to paint as much as I can and nap : )
Any other things I can or should do this week to really take advantage of having a week to myself for this?
What produce do you feel yields the most juice?
