Hey everyone, so today I’m on day 4 of my 15 day juice fast.

I already juiced a few months ago and it all went fine except for the fact that I almost puked the last few days because I found the juice disgusting haha.

This time however I’m experiencing extrem feeling of nausea and hunger. I also feel very dizzy and weak. I’m really worried that body might go to starvation mode. I don’t know what’s wrong this time since I don’t do much differently than the last time. I work out now but is that really it ?

Dies anyone have any tips for me about what I can do about it? Or is it normal and do I have to wait for a few more days?
