Yeager

  • About: I saw FSND thought that it was cool, but I wasn't going to juice. My mom did that. 6 foot tall, 355 lbs, hmmm, I have to do something about this. Compounded with dislocating my knee and tearing the MCL, the pain was getting to me. A year ago, I started with a Nutribullet, then a NutriNinja, but not committed. 3/7/15 I got a juicer (Lalanne) because I wanted to get started immediately. My Omega 8006 was on the way and so was my L'Equip for travelling. Scouting, ham radio, aviation, woodcarving are all hobbies. Interesting to note, the local grocery store cashier is watching me and asking questions. Folks are literally wondering with the dietary change if it will work. I know it will, but I have to prove it to them. Goal #1 Get under 300 lbs. Goal #2 Get under 250 lbs. Goal #3 Onederland. Goal #4 175 lbs. The last time I saw that was 1987. Like any Engineering problem, break it down into chunks and parts. Pretty soon, you have a 747 flying. CU@Healthy

This group is inspired by all the amazing people I have met in this community who, like me, have or had 100 lbs or more to lose when starting this journey with our wonderful Joe Cross:) There are special challenges in this world for those of us who are "morbidly obese" and there are some incredibly inspirational people around here conquering those challenges every day. Come be inspired and inspiring!

New to Juicing? Veteran Juicer? All are welcome. Calling out to anyone who would like to join us in losing those extra pounds, keeping it off and celebrating this life like you have always dreamed of. You will find this group very approachable & friendly (most importantly non judgmental and supportive) with many veteran juicers as well as newbies, all in it together...juicing our way to good health and happiness! Here at Sunshine Clubbe we consider this a journey for life, not just another "diet plan" which will end one day. We are working towards a lifestyle change, so that we do not go back to our old eating habits and put back all the lost weight. We Sunshiners believe in spreading warmth...care...kindness...love and peace. We know we can do it. Lets do it together!!!

A site just for men - how non-PC!! But truth be told, we men have different challenges -not only how we deal with them and but how we share them with each other. Let's face it, we guys are wired just a little bit differently! Feel free to join this group as we journey through our individual juicing stories and share a few laughs along the way. Community support is key to the success of what we're doing!

Welcome new Members! Finding the videos of fellow juicers has never been easier! On a Juice Fast, Modified Fast or Reboot? Share your daily or weekly videos with us. This is a safe environment - non judgmental and supportive to newbies and experienced juicers alike. I'm not asking for the kind of respect reserved for nuns, the elderly, and brain surgeons. Just be mindful of your comments and don't abuse the individuals in this group. This is a place where people can without fear share their journey. Even if you think that your comment might be funny or written in a joking manner, it may actually be hurtful and insulting to someone else. We don't all share the same sense of humor. Please comment only if you have something nice to say, an encouragement or advice. Questioning someone's practices, progress, validity or lecturing them is NOT permitted in this group! I trust you to be responsible & Let's follow this path towards health and happiness together! =) HERE IS THE LINK TO THE VIDEO PLAYLIST WHERE U WILL FIND MY ENTIRE 100 DAY JUICE JOURNEY IN CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLptUyMqs2ID3c7ByocbnZPvTrAmwtEaic AND HERE IS THE LINK TO THE BREAKING MY JUICE FAST PLAYLIST: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLptUyMqs2ID3ggWVCt86ZLCAFmIWFTqnH
