Feelings before reboot: pelvic pain daily, tired and fatigued, skin breakouts, constipation and irregular bowl movements, internalized stress, weight gain, blood results that showed high platelets.

Feelings after 60 days: pain free since day 1, crazy amount of energy, skin is clear and "glowing", regular bowl movements, uses exercise to destress, weight loss, clear mind, gained patience, better senses.

Feelings after 100 days: On day 99 I watched my grandma transition on to another life. Though I completed my 100 days, this milestone of my journey was difficult and I am continuing to mourn her passing.

Transformations: No longer on birth control pills to manage Endometriosis. No longer taking pain killers on a daily bases.

Motivation: Wanting to stay pain free and give myself a healthy body to live long in. NO MORE PAIN KILLERS! Daily guided meditations to stay mentally strong. Weight loss!

Support: Family, my mom rebooted with me the first 30 days! My mom and my sisters(3) are my personal trainers and work me out at the gym or go to spin class with me. Reboot support groups, each of you giving me the constant support and motivation while experiencing this journey with me.

    Day 1 Weight: 223 Ibs

    Day 60 Weight: 186 Ibs

Day 100 Weight: 170 Ibs (or less, didn't have a scale to weigh-in)

Current Weight - 3 weeks after 100 day goal: between 170-174

    Goal: 135 Ibs

I have 4 - 16oz juices daily. I began adding Joe's Protein Powder after day 30. I add one scoop to my 16 oz juice before the gym. I also add chia seeds and spirulina to my juices throughout the day.

Advice: It all starts with your mind. Make the mental decision to not think and just go. I refuse to let myself stop and think about what I am doing. I just keep going. Block all the negative thoughts that try and enter your mind. Stay positive!

Today was my first day I had 4 juices and about 64oz's of water and a cup of warm lemon water, also 2 tablespoons of Raw Organic Apple cider vinegar unrefined, and unpasteurized (Brand name is Braggs) sold in health food stores it has all types of great health benefits it helps with your craving of sweets, high blood pressure, weight loss sugar diabetes also your the Immune system. Read up on it Google it and you can fine out about , i take it first thing in the morning and at nite before bed. Again God bless you and you can this lets keep each other encouraged. Good Night

Thank you for the encouraging words. It's been a great experience so far. I haven't heard of the organic apple cider vinegar. I'll have to read up on it. I'm excited for you and your journey! The first 3 days were the toughest for me so hang in there. Staying hydrated with water is huge for me because it keeps my belly full. I'm not a veteran rebooter but let me know if you have questions about anything, we're all in this together and I wouldn't have lasted this long without the support of others. Have a great night!
