    New to Juicing? Veteran Juicer? All are welcome. Calling out to anyone who would like to join us in losing those extra pounds, keeping it off and celebrating this life like you have always dreamed of. You will find this group very approachable & friendly (most importantly non judgmental and supportive) with many veteran juicers as well as newbies, all in it together...juicing our way to good health and happiness! Here at Sunshine Clubbe we consider this a journey for life, not just another "diet plan" which will end one day. We are working towards a lifestyle change, so that we do not go back to our old eating habits and put back all the lost weight. We Sunshiners believe in spreading warmth...care...kindness...love and peace. We know we can do it. Lets do it together!!!

    Hi, my name is Kate (aka katiejay/kate.the.warrior). I began adding juice to my life April 9, 2013. Since then, I've lost approximately 170 pounds, have been the featured member twice, a featured success story and am in Joe's new book. Life is radically different. I no longer hide in the shadows. Your reboot can be of any duration from 5 days to 100+. It can be 100% juice or modified juicing with plant-based eating on the side...whatever keeps you going. I do have one request... NO FOOD TALK...it can throw someone off track on a particularly difficult day. We don't need to hear about what you ate, wanted to eat or dreamt of eating. I'd suggest that you try to keep from weighing too often...if you're having a good day - have a good day. Don't let a number dictate whether you feel victorious or defeated. You can join whenever you want....just don't quit and never give up! Sometimes we win & sometimes we learn. "Start by doing what's necessary, then what's possible.     My body likes it when I'm juicing, so January 1 will be Day-1 of 30 or so. If you would like to join me (a seasoned juicer) for the first month of the year, please become a member of the group and commit to the month. I'd originally planned on starting on the second, but why wait. The first of the month sounds good to me. My only request is that food is not talked about. Retraining the brain is key and talking about the food we used to eat, want to eat or did eat isn't beneficial to anyone. You can mention the ingredients that go into your juice and what kind of protein powder you may be using, but other than that, all talk of food is out. I'd love to have you join me in this challenge.
