I have been juicing for 12 - 18 months, on & off - usually eating one vegie based meal per day. I thought the juices would help my digestion as they do not need much digesting.
I use ginger, apples, greens, cucumber etc. Occassionaly I have a smoothie but have to be careful as they can really stop the digestive fire.
Now my digestion is sooooo slow. I am never hungry when I get up & often do not feel hunger till late in the day. If I eat/juice when I am not hungry it can often stop the digestion for hours.
Is there something I can eat, juice, do that will help to re-set my digestion & get the fire starting again.
