  • About: I used to eat healthy and was active, but I completely fall off the wagon for the past year now. I need lots of support and motivation to reboot to my healthy, active lifestyle and I believe that this program will help me to go back on track!   • Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: I've watched the documentary 'Fat, sick & nearly dead' that inspired me. I found your website online and decided to go ahead with the reboot programme. I know it will be beneficial for me. My lack of motivation is my biggest enemy for a while now, so I thought it would be great to reboot with other people together and motivate each other!
  • Favorite Juice? I like them all.
  • Food temptation? Cakes, chocolate, ice creams, cookies.

    Nice to make your acquaintance! 8-) Thanks for the friend request. Like you, I used to eat clean all the time and never worried about my weight. But then I started eating junk now and then and I put on 15 or 20 pounds. I am mainly interested in feeling better and getting off the yo-yo of eating good for a couple days and then eating bad for a few more. But there's hope!

    It's your first day, right? You are going to have a great day today! As an encouragement, I started 5 days early because I accidentally got the start dates mixed up for the June 15 group. Anyway, I'm down 4.8 pounds in 5 days!! Woot! I know if you hang in there, you'll see the results. Let me know how you are doing.
