Well I completed the 15 day reboot and lost 19 lbs, I decided to continue on I lost 1 lb the first week of the 2nd 15 day reboot and am on day 10, and haven't lost a single lb. I tried upping my running time and lessening walking time I have been hula hoeing and planting in the garden. Pulling weeds and getting my 10,000 steps in Plus according to my fitbit band. I tried drinking extra fluids tea nd water over the last 3 days to see if this would help, but no. I still pee all the time due to all of the fluids. I am hoping my body is just adjusting to the previous weight loss, and I will start dropping the pounds once again. any help or suggestions would be appreciated!

My body likes it when I'm juicing, so January 1 will be Day-1 of 30 or so. If you would like to join me (a seasoned juicer) for the first month of the year, please become a member of the group and commit to the month. I'd originally planned on starting on the second, but why wait. The first of the month sounds good to me. My only request is that food is not talked about. Retraining the brain is key and talking about the food we used to eat, want to eat or did eat isn't beneficial to anyone. You can mention the ingredients that go into your juice and what kind of protein powder you may be using, but other than that, all talk of food is out. I'd love to have you join me in this challenge.

JOIN ME!!! I have a challenge for us... Let's do this for 30 days!! If you fall off just get back up!! But see... We WON'T fall off! Let's prove to ourselves that we are capable of doing this. LET'S BE A TEAM! Let's start living a healthier lifestyle. You even being on this site is already a start. I need some motivation and I can motivate you as well. Let's help eachother out. Let's stop trying and start doing. It may be hard but it isn't impossible. WE can work together and push eachother. On our days when we feel like giving up, let's speak up and seek some words of encouragement. I'm starting today but even if you see this post late, STILL join. I will push you and help you reach your goals. If you're not joining, I would appreciate any advice or any words to motivate or inspire me. I'm on day one and I'm fighting! I'll be posting my recipes and experience day by day until WE reach 30 days. If you stop after 30 days, don't go back to old habits! EAT HEALTHIER and excersice. Do it for your own good. Love yourself enough to make this change. Question for you... Do you want to be happier? Do you want to feel more energy? Live longer? Be able to do things you were never able to? THEN START TODAY AND SEE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE. I know you want to look into the mirror and see a difference for once. Trust yourself and give this your all. Change begins with YOU. I'm doing a 60-day juice feast from October 15 - December 13. I'd love to have some company. My only request is that there be no food-talk in the group at all. Mentioning the ingredients that you put in your juice is fine, but nothing else. Hearing and reading about food can totally derail someone who is in a fragile state. I'm looking forward to seeing what happens throughout the 60 days.
