  • About: Single dad of two trying to stay healthy and fit. Ran my first full marathon Oct 2016. Three years ago I was 245lbs with high blood pressure but now I'm 190lb with 10-15lb to go. I can't get over how much better I feel since juicing came into my life. The key to weight loss is to get back on the juice wagon even if you fall off it for a bit. Never quit! Adding in a walk 4-5 times a week really helps. It's a roller coaster ride of ups and downs weight-wise but over the long run the weight comes off! Be kind to yourself and try again and again. Eventually, good eating habits kick in and become a permanent part of your new lifestyle. My advice is to only look at the scale once or twice a week.

Hi Gary, I'm going through a rough spot. I was sick for two weeks. My mother in law is dying of pancreatic cancer. My own Mom is unwell also and in a nursing home. I stopped juicing when I was sick and with all the stress I've just haven't had the energy or will, hopefully I will be back at it soon. Just wanted to let you know as I haven't been on here. Thanks Patti
