I've successfully done 2 juice fasts, one for 30 days in 2015 and one for 20 days earlier this year. Always makes me feel great, start good healthy habits, and I lose almost a lb a day. Unfortunately I've gained a lot of weight this year so am looking to start a 30 to 60 day juice fast tomorrow. Wish me luck!

Thanks Marzena, I'm now finishing day 10 (I think I had my days mixed up when I posted day 6, I was on day 7). I'm now at 7.5 pounds weight loss - and am nearly half way to my target. How are you doing on your re-boot?

I'm feeling really tired, but I do normally anyway. I got a little down in the dumps and grumpy on the 3 days I did (M,T,W) this week - skipped Thu and Fri, and now I'm back on for a longer term now that my party is over.

Hi Dee, welcome:) It's good to be in it together!!:)

3 days is a great start and I'm sure you can do it!! How long you are planning on doing the juicing?? I'm staying on it for the next 21 days, so it will be 22 days in total, as I started yesterday. I meant to start last Friday, but the weekend took over and I wasn't juicing Friday & Saturday. Yesterday was my first day. I am suffering from caffeine withdrawal, I puked yesterday evening as it was soooooooooooo bad. But it's a bit better today, not great but better, so hopefully it will be gone soon!!!

Let me know how're you doing and if you have similar symptoms from caffeine withdrawal. Have a great day and stay strong!!!

Hi Taylor, welcome :) I'm glad you here! Good luck with your juicing plan & please post here and keep me updated! It's always easier with a bit of support from others who are on the same journey!

Have you done juicing before? I've done 10 days last December & felt great. The first couple of days are the worst, but once you start to see the results you become more and more motivated to keep it going.

Do you have any tips on how to stay satisfied and not hungry?? I literally think abt nothing else but food today, so I just keep on telling myself that I can have the food that I want to eat now in 24 days ;) And I know it's just a temporary craving and I won't crave any junk once it's done.

When I was doing my 10 days juicing last year I was really surprised that I actually didn't crave any unhealthy foods at the end of it. It was totally opposite, as my body craved all the good healthy foods only, which was great!

Let me know later on how did you survive the first day!! Good luck & stay strong!!
