    Day 27! Still hanging in there. I must admit that being a person who has used food as a comfort/coping tool for decades, it is extremely hard to deal with stressful times happening at the moment and not to have food to turn to. On top of just being cold and drinking cold liquids and eating cold veggies and fruits in the winter time, it's definitely a challenge to not be able to find any respite from the stress. Sure, there's hot tea but that's basically it. I do enjoy the variety of juices. I do feel wonderful physically, but the lack of my long time coping tool is making the process even harder. Morning exercise every day helps to get the day started on a less stressful note, and eating salads when I get agitated also helps but... Oh well... I'm not giving up. Heading for the half way mark...

    Started day 1 of 5 for my juice it to loose it reboot. Threw up about an hour ago. Is this normal? Ready to throw in the towel already. Haven't even made my last juice of the day et. Not sure it could get it down. Help

    Hi???? I'm a little late but....will start the 5 day juice challenge Monday, Jan. 22nd....just for fun. I didn't have a juicer on the 9th but I finally splurged. Anyone care to join for a quickie reboot?

    On day 23... Feeling great. Not much to report - I've settled into a good routine. Slow and steady weight loss which is grand. This is the longest I've ever gone just consuming raw fruits and veggies in juice form and occasional salads with just a little vinegar for dressing. The flavors of each are so amazing. All in all.. pretty cool. Hope everyone is doing well on their journeys...

    aaaaarghhghghgh! Day 21 and I remain famished despite drinking tons of juice. Sigh... hanging in there. Eating an avocado here and there, a salad every other evening. Still got a long way to go...

    I'm on day 7/15. It's tough. I did have an grapefruit. If I can do it you can! Trying different recipes. Carrot/apple ginger. Yellow pepper/pineapple/lemon/ginger. Yumm. Fave is still mean greean. Do not love the beet recipes like I though I would. Lol. Lots of water. Sleeping a bit more.

    Sorry to be so late in my reply. How is it going? For me the first thing I try is chugging down 1 to 2 large glasses of water. Having my stomach feel full, even if its water, seems to satisfy and often ended hunger pangs for hours. Perhaps you need to add another 1 or 2 glasses of juice for a day or two. Are you having the same juices every day, or are you rotating through a bunch like the 5 day reboot? Perhaps if rotating you are on a day of juices that your body doesn't feel its getting what it wants.     Hey Roberto, I'm drinking so much fluid it's amazing I don't float away. I start with the lemon and ginger tea, then a litre of water before the first juice (help with flushing stuff through my system). Thereafter, I'm up to 4 juices a day with water inbetween and the herbal tea at bedtime. And I'm changing the juices every time I juice so 3-4 different juices every 3 days. Maybe the fact that I work out every morning is a factor. Oh well... I'm a 3rd of the way there and not about to give up so... salad for dinner tonight. :)
