I'm from southern Ontario and I'm starting my 7 day Juice Fast on Sunday. I went today after work and bought everything I need, so I'm ready to go.

I'm from southern Ontario too and on Day 12, down 10lb. I go to the local Farmers Market on Saturdays and buy 20lb bags of ABC - apples, beets and carrots. I also grab cucumbers, kale, celery, limes and melons. I have to make 2-3 trips back to the car! Then I am set for the week. I juice every other day and hope to lose another 20lb.

When I slip its hard to get back to it, but I will get back on the wagon...I lost 7 lbs since started 10 days ago. I find the weekends are the hardest...when im working and busy, its easy, but at home difficult.

    Hi Everyone,

Im on Day 10 of a 30 day reboot and I'm struggling quite a bit with cravings. Any tips? I tend to get them in the evening and trying really hard to resist the urge to eat as I dont want to give up on this reboot..

I would suggest making a juice to fit those cravings. If you are craving something sweet try Joe's Peach delight or carrot cake from his book. If you are craving savory try making a juice similar to a ceasar drink(tomatoes, celery, lime and some salt. Also try to keep in mind what motivated you in the first place. Watch youtube videos of peoples juicing experience, read books about juicing or not. Hope that helps. Some recipes below. Peach Delight: 1 sweet potato 2 ripe peaches (or pears) 1 apple 1 1/3cups blueberries dash of ground cinnamon Salsa Seduction: 1 garlic clove 1 cup tomatoes 1 cup cilantro 1 lime 1 yellow bell pepper 1/2 cucumber 1/4 cup onion(optional) 1/4 tsp cumin

Coconut oil or MCT oil can stop cravings too, for me anyway.

This is day 6 of a 30 day reboot for me. I've lost 9.2 lbs. so far! Having a hard time with the green juices. I tend to mix them with extra fruit juice to cover up the taste and smell! lol

Hi There: I started a reboot 2 days ago. My plan was 7 days of smoothies and then 14 days of juice - bc I was waiting for my new juicer to arrive. Well, it came today! YAHOO! So I did juice for supper. I'll still do a mixture of juice and smoothies until Sunday and then juice only until April 30. My birthday is on May first so this is my gift to myself! I'll need all good vibes you have bc I've never done anything like this before and would even say that I may be a food addict :0(. Day 2 is in the books, 19 days to go! I'm in rural Saskatchewan west of Saskatoon, anyone else in the area?

Hi everyone! Down 9 pounds. On day 12 of a 14 day reboot. Going for another 30 days. Started at 201 on March 20th. Goal is 165. I'm 51 & 5'10. I live in Vancouver. Sticking mainly to the mean green but want to try my sisters (she's in Toronto) lemon juice recipe. Love the beet juice too. Got myself a dehydrator & enjoy the pulp crackers with hummus. Headaches were quite bad first week or so. Drinking 2 litres of water each day & 500 ml coconut water. I'm finding this all cheaper than fast food & wine! My day (4 - 500 ml jars) run me about $14.
