    day 5 completed. today went really well. I went out to dinner with friends. I drank my juice before we left and had lots of water and no food at the table. I feel much better today. I never had a bad day, I mostly get tired when switching to juice. Sometimes a bit headachy but it passes quickly. Now the journey really begins!

    Hello Rebooters!



    Today I started what I intend to be a 30 day reboot. It always amazes me how difficult it is to get started! I've continued to do short reboots periodically over the past year, but 30 days is longer than I've ever attempted.

    Hey group! I did a 60 day reboot back in March and want to do another one this month or next month. This reboot would only be a week or two. I would love to hear your thoughts and opinions on this.

    Hi Everyone,

    It's nice to be back and start up again with some familiar faces! Today is my Day 1. I am going to try and make it past day 6 this time. Since my last 15 day juice fast back in February, yes that was a loooon time ago, I have not been able to keep it up for more than a week, usually bc it's somebody's birthday, get-together, or dinner party, etc...I figured August is a good month bc none of my family members have birthdays, so no dinner/party obligations, sorry friends. This weekend I already have a bump in the road, my supervisor's going away party on Saturday, BUT I am going to try very very hard this time to stick to it! Will be needing some help =) Thanks for letting me vent!

    I tried a new juice last night that was yummy...



    Mint Tropical Coconut Juice



    1/4 pineapple

    1 cup blackberries

    1 kiwi

    1/2 pear

    1/2 cup coconut water

    30 mint leaves

    KT congratulations on day 1! Good for you! Just take it a day at a time and you'll get through. The first few days are the hardest.



    I use mean green most of the time for my green juice. Sometimes I mix it up a bit, but I've pretty much settled in to 3 mean green juices per day then two juices of two different colors.
