Psyllium powder and Bentonite Clay?

In doing a juice-only fast, what are your thoughts on taking a tablespoon of Bentonite Clay and a tablespoon of psyllium husk powder every day along with the juices throughout the day? Is it encouraged? Discouraged? Or does it make any difference? Also, is it okay to add a vegetable protein powder to the juices a couple times per day? If so, will it delay any weight loss?

    Hell cmcrae5775, This is perfectly fine to do! Adding extra fibre and protein is certainly OK, I would suggest taking the fibre and bentonite clay away from the juices so you do no lose any of the nutrients.
