Free for AllPosted by 7thheaven on 1 year ago After doing a little reading here at this website, I've revised my juice recipe to please my low thyroid by decreasing the kale, increasing the radishes, and adding lots of parsley. Added benefits: The radishes cleared my sinuses and it tastes fantastic. 1? bunches parsley 6 large apples big chunk of ginger 1 lemon 3 cucumbers 3 kale leaves 6 celery stalks 3 carrots ? head lettuce 2 tomatoes This made about 80-90 oz. (I consider that to be 4 "meals.") It does need to be shaken or stirred well to get the thick parsley juice to mix in. (I use a Breville.)
