If there reference materials that give you recipes for specific things you'd like to improve; i.e., fuller hair, lower cholesterol, better skin, lower blood pressure, etc? I just saw an infomercial from fusionjuicer.com & they're pushing their juicer & recipe book which targets specific areas. I'm not interested in his product line, but wanted to see how Reboot can guide me. Hope to hear from you.............. FYI - - I've just been juicing for 3 weeks & have lost 12 lbs.
