Ask the NutritionistPosted by SStriley on 2 years ago Today my boyfriend and I started doing a 3 day weekend juicing for the first time. We decided to go with the Mean Green juice first. As my boyfriend is handling it well (ironically enough before juicing, I ate much better than him), I am not handling the first drink well at all. After 15 mins of consuming the juice, I threw up what seemed like half my stomach contents. Ive been drinking lots of water, but feeling as green as the drink itself. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
