Reboot Newbies

Day three

Reboot Newbies

Posted by Cosmo on 2 years ago I began my reboot on Friday 10-11. I found that reading many of the comments very helpful. I would recommend that to anyone thinking of starting. I knew that it would be hard for me, so I gave up coffee a few days before I started. I think that helped. Now here I am on day three. My mood is good. My resolve is OK. Last night I cheated a little. I ate a banana, a bowl full of grapes and ate some honey right out of the bottle. (maya copa) I never realized how many commercials on TV are about food. (Damn them) Many times I had to turn my head away. I don't know I long I will go. I wanted to do at least 3 days and I am there today. I really have to take my wife into consideration. I chose to reboot not her. Happy rebooting to all and good luck.

Hi Cosmo, this is day three for me as well. Are you going farther? I'm going for 7 days if i can. I have a big work week and that makes me a little nervous. I just have to be prepared! I am really tired today and achey but feeling pretty good despite those things. Hang in there! Suguna

Suguna, I am done with the purge but have every intention of staying involved. I had an interesting revelation. Since I had a regular meal, I decided to weigh myself. I started out at 280 LB. I came in at 271. Interesting 3 days . How are you doing? I had the headache too but just the second day. I wish you well. I will read the post to see how you do. Cosmo

Day 4. I'm pretty emotional today and think it's more toxins coming out of me. Ashley, keep going. I really want to make it farther than today. But just for today I'm good. Tomorrow will take care itself. Cosmo, keep coming back. Take care, Suguna

Day 3. Whatever I drink, comes right back out shortly after - is this normal. I feel great in the morning, but by now, at 2 pm, I have headaches and feel dizzy. Do you fell this way on day 4? I hope you are doing well :). Thank you.

I am not sure what day I am on because I did have a meal. But I have gone back to "the juice" only. I plan to go for another few days and if I feel like I have to, I will eat a meal and return as I feel. This might not be the best way and I certainly don't want you to influence you, but it does seem to be working for me. I feel good. No more headaches. Still losing weight (I think). Thinking very clear and I am sleeping GREAT. Very important since I have not been getting good sleep for months. Please tell me how you all are doing. Cosmo

mrs muu, Don't worry about cheating especially with fruit. Just my opinion but think more import to have a positive attitude about you health and goals. Think about what you will look like when you finally taper off or at least down. cody coco I hope you headaches and feel dizzy stopped. I think we all had some of that but perhaps not on day 4. How do you feel now? I am feeling good and sleeping good. I think this is a change I can stay with forever. I made a large batch this morning. Enjoying some right now. Lost more weight. I plan to drink this all day and share a small dinner with my wife later tonight. Good luck all! Cosmo
